4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. 12.1 By zk789. zk789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) zk789 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) zk789 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.
12.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting zk789 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Balance that is not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 11, and 13 — shall survive.
